Choose between an octagon, hexagon, or circle-shaped bezel bracelet with a real mustard seed encased in resin. There are also several chain options. Gold-filled chains are made with a thick layer of 14 karat gold bonded to a base metal. Gold-filled jewelry has a much thicker layer of real gold than something gold-plated. Sterling silver chains are made is made of solid sterling silver. See 6th picture for chain options. Bezels are either made of metal alloy or are gold-filled (see 4th and 5th pictures for bezel options).

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST:
Take a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist. Make sure it's close-fitting. Mark the length on the string with a marker. Measure the length against a ruler, and add .75 inches for comfort, and that is your wrist size. The bracelet has a clasp in the back, so you won't need to worry about sliding it off your wrist to remove it. An average woman's wrist would fit the bracelet that is 7 inches around.
