Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Returns are offered on a case-by-case basis. I do not refund shipping charges. You will need to cover shipping if you are returning an item. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. Most of my products are made-to-order, so please allow up to 10 days before an item ships. I ship via USPS and will provide a tracking number as soon as your item ships. Once an item leaves my hands and ships, I have no control over it and am not responsible for any delays or damage caused by USPS. 

 

Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, items may slightly vary from my pictures and may have slight imperfections. If you have an issue with your purchase when you've received it, please email me at info@melissamilesdesigns.com so I can make it right!
